All AYC classes are currently online via the magic of Zoom. As of October 1st, 2022 we are moving from MindBody online to wellnessliving.com.

To join a class please sign up for a free Zoom account. Sign in to https://wellnessliving.com through the schedule page on our website, or create a wellnessliving.com account if you are new to AYC. On the class schedule page click on “BOOK NOW” for the online class of your choice. All classes are in Pacific Time:

Thursday 6:00- 7:30 p.m. - Greatest Hits from first and second series with Susan Taylor
Friday 8:30-10 a.m. Primary Series with Chungsue Bacigalupi
Saturday 9 to 10:30 a.m. Improvisation with Holly Gastil
Sunday 9-10:30 a.m. - Primary Series with Chungsue Bacigalupi
