Join Holly Gastil for an afternoon of exploring the Third Series of Ashtanga Yoga in a safe and accessible manner. Students will warm up with a variety of hip and shoulder openers to prepare for arm balances, headstands and leg-behind-the-head poses. Postures will be presented incrementally, and with modifications, to allow all students to explore the asana within their comfort zone.
This workshop is appropriate for students with some Second Series experience. Prior experience with Third Series is not required.
